Peter San Nicolas, a San Diego native and business owner, is a real estate broker with over twenty years of experience in marketing, real estate, and business development. Our company was created with a vision to combine our expertise in service, sales, and marketing to build a real estate agency that agents and clients would be proud to be associated with. We are passionate about real estate and the life-changing effects that home ownership can have on one's life. For most of us, buying or selling a home is our largest and most complex transaction. You need someone with experience, negotiation skills, and marketing know-how to guide you through the process. I am that person and believe that my expertise and experience will be an asset to you.
